car-dependant location, fridge was not working, lots of mosquitoes, restaurant was closed on day of arrival (was not according to Google maps)

Disappointing, even for the price.

The apartment was a touch disappointing but, given the property works mainly as a restaurant was acceptable, barely for just one night. Better care and upkeep would bring it to a better standard. Two double bedrooms, only one lightbulb just sufficient for reading! The location not good either, to go for a drink in a bar a 50 minutes walk or 10 minutes with private transport!

Rustic wonder - thoroughly enjoyed!!

What an amazing place. So traditional and rustic. The restaurant is just perfect and food to die for!! We had a brilliant time and were utterly spoilt by the owner who could not have been more friendly and accommodating.

The room was very simple and the second bed was only a queen so not suitable for a couple. Also, the fireplace generated a fair amount of fumes. I think maybe the chimney was blocked.

Posizione super comoda a Varese centro (10 minuti in macchina) e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla riva del lago. All’interno è presente anche il ristorante. Consigliatissimo.

La tranquillità del posto, il verde, l’atmosfera. Un cascinale tranquillo e ben riscaldato, silenzioso, confortevole e a due passi dal lago.

Potrebbe essere utile un microonde per scaldare cibo/bevande, in assenza di servizio di colazione. Un assortimento in più di te/tisane sarebbe gradito.

Het diner (niet inbegrepen) was prima, ontbijt zelf te maken op de kamer heel basic. Ruime kamers en goede bedden.

De wifi werkte helaas helemaal niet.

Il ristorante è molto accogliente e caldo. I camerieri gentili e simpatici. Il cibo molto buono. L'appartamento al piano terra dispone di due camere da letto matrimoniali, un bagno.con doccia, e un cucina abitabile. Molto romantico e accogliente. Non aspettatevi il lusso ma una casa normalissima come se fosse dei nonni. L'arredamento è degli anni 80/90. Per una fuga romantica è perfetto. Ci torneremo sicuramente a primavera.

Preis-Leistung der Wohnung war super. Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. Nebenan ist ein Restaurant, welches einzigartig ist. Mehr italienisches Flair gibt es nicht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr netter Empfang, ein unglaubliches Ambiente ohne etepetete. Wer es rustikal und ein bisschen außergewöhnlich mag ist hier gut aufgehoben. Gute Ausstattung, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Liebe Grüße auch an Nina, miau :-)

Die Zimmer sind aussergewöhnlich schön hergerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem und die Bettlaken schön und angenehm.Ich betrachte es als Privileg, in so einem schönen Haus übernachten zu dürfen.

es kommt aus der Ausschreibung nicht klar heraus, wie das mit dem Nachtessen funktioniert. Man muss nebenan reservieren. Die angegebenen 25 Euro reichen nicht aus.Das angrenzende Lokal ist aussergewöhnlich schön und beliebt.Das Übernachtungsangebot und das Restaurant haben offiziell keinen Zusammenhang.

Il posto è incantevole, fuori dal tempo. Immerso nella natura ma perfettamente collegato, sia tramite una lunga e bellissima ciclabile sia, per i più pigri, tramite la provinciale. L’appartamento è delizioso, funzionale, pulito e arredato al dettaglio. Adatto per tutti i tipi di vacanzieri. La qualità del ristorante è decisamente alta ma con prezzi accessibilissimi, tanto che consiglio vivamente l’esperienza completa, dormire e mangiare. Una volta arrivati alla Corte dei Brut, infatti, non si può non conoscere le persone che la popolano e che avranno il piacere di raccontarvi la bellissima storia che le appartiene..Per di più lo staff è molto disponibile ed efficiente, pronto ad esaudire ogni tipo di richiesta. I padroni di casa sono persone squisite, non solo in termini di disponibilità e cura del cliente, ma anche per la passione e l’amore che mettono nella gestione della Corte. Consiglio vivamente e non tarderemo a tornare.
