About this villa rental
An elegant and timeless interlude A few minutes' walk from the historic centre of Uzès, Villa Heure Bleue is a place apart. A house opening onto a vast wooded garden, where calm and comfort are combined with the elegance of a carefully chosen decoration.
Here, each room tells a story: period furniture, antique objects, natural materials and contemporary touches make up a singular interior, between art deco, art nouveau and collectible spirit.
The accommodation
The house is a single-storey house of about 160 m², air-conditioned in summer by a refreshing floor, opening onto a large enclosed garden of 1000 m², without vis-à-vis or nuisances: you are quiet, away from the road, while remaining close to the center of Uzès (10 minutes walk). Organized around the entrance, it offers a beautiful circulation and two distinct wings, ideal for preserving everyone's privacy.
To the left of the entrance:
• A fully equipped open kitchen, with barbecue and an adjoining pantry (2 fridges, a washing machine)
• A large bedroom (Mitsouko Suite, bedroom 1),
• A small TV lounge with a 2-seater sofa bed that can be transformed into a bedroom,
• And separate toilet.
Right:
• A large living / dining room
• A separate bathroom,
• An office,
• And a second bedroom (Art Deco Suite - Bedroom 2).
The two sleeping areas are located in opposite wings, which guarantees great independence and perfect privacy. These independent suites consist of 2 rooms each with bathroom:
• The Art Deco suite, about 40 m2 with double bed (160), adjoining desk, bathroom with shower and toilet
• The Mitsouko suite, about 32 m2 double bed (140), whirlpool bath in the bedroom and small adjoining TV lounge with sofa bed (2 people).
Pets are allowed under certain conditions: calm and sociable dogs, collection of droppings, respect for the furniture and the neighborhood.
Your hosts, Stéphanie and Édouard, share with you a house that they have designed as a place of life and charm. An antique dealer and artist, Édouard shaped its soul. Stéphanie, an Uzetian at heart, takes care of every detail.
The house is located in a peaceful area of Uzès, about a ten-minute walk from the historic centre and its lively streets.
As soon as you leave the house, you can walk to many walking paths or stroll to the Place aux Herbes to enjoy the market, terraces and shops.
Traveller access
The entire house is reserved for you. No other occupants during your stay. However, access to the mezzanine is private.
Other remarks:
Security deposit
A security deposit of € 500 in cash or € 1000 by cheque is required on arrival. The refund should be made on the day of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded in cash, or by return of your cheque if no damage has been found.
Respect for furniture and objects
The house is furnished and decorated with care, including antique pieces, antique objects and period furniture.
We ask guests to be vigilant to avoid any breakage, scratches or alterations.
Please do not move the furniture without our consent and do not place anything hot or damp directly on fragile surfaces.
Any significant or unreported damage may be subject to a deduction from the deposit.
Tobacco
It is possible to smoke in the living rooms provided that the furniture is well ventilated and that the furniture is respected (no improvised ashtrays on a table or shelf, for example).
Rooms are strictly non-smoking, for the sake of cleanliness and comfort for the following guests.
Pets
The garden is fully fenced. Pets are welcome under certain conditions:
– only sociable and well-behaved dogs are allowed;
– it is imperative to pick up droppings in the garden;
– pets must not climb on sofas, beds or armchairs;
– any damage related to an animal may be charged.
Use of equipment
Please respect a normal and careful use of the equipment provided: appliances, air conditioning by cooling floor, TV, whirlpool bath, etc.
Any breakdown due to non-compliant use may engage the responsibility of the tenant.
Neighborhood and tranquility
The neighborhood is residential and quiet.It is important to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbours, in particular by avoiding excessive noise in the evening or at night (loud music, barking, etc.). PGJyPg

You can park up to 3 or 4 vehicles in the garden. Please do not drive or park in green areas.
Cleaning and end of stay
Even if a cleaning package is provided, we ask you to:
– leave the premises tidy;
– empty the fridge;
– take out the garbage;
– report any incident that occurs during the stay.
