Nice place, close to a pretty market town.

Location is in a new build area. House us very well presented. Host was good at replying to messages. The location is not accessible on our sat nav and the main street appears to be in two parts and we were directed to the old area. However a gaggle of friendly local ladies got us in the right direction. Short drive back into the very pretty town for an evening meal. Great Saturday market, massive,

I hope our lovely host builds up a small folder of places of interest and restaurants for clients. Nothing the client can do regarding the sat nav, only updated software will help there.

Une maison confortable et bien située

Maison neuve très bien équipée avec beaucoup de matériel (jeux, partitions, sirops, fond d'épicerie...) laissés par les propriétaires à la disposition des résidents. Environnement très calme. Tout est neuf, très pratique et fonctionnel.

On aurait juste aimé trouver un petit guide avec les modes d'emplois des appareils électroménagers et chauffage. Mais la propriétaire a répondu très vite !

Décevant

La maison est récente et bien équipée

Le jardin n’est pas fait. Il est dit dans l’annonce qu’il y a une terrasse mais pas du tout, ce sont des graviers. La piscine, à 2 mètres devant la porte de la salle, dépasse de 30 bons cm et il y a un trou juste entre la porte et la piscine qui n’est pas sécurisée. Attention à vos enfants ! Le jardin est impraticable entre trous, touffes d’herbes et caillous. Je venais de me faire opérée de la hanche, je venais là pour me reposer et je n’ai même pas pu aller dans le jardin ! Et dans la maison, il y avait une très forte odeur de tabac froid que nous n’avons pas réussi à faire partir malgré fenêtres ouvertes, huiles essentielles et autres parfums. J’ai alerté BOOKING.COM sur l’absence de sécurité de la piscine, il n’y a eu aucune réaction de leur part à ce jour.

Het is een ruim huis voor twee personen met een uitgebreide keuken, een zwembad, en is gelegen in een rustige wijk aan de rand van Uzes.

Er was weinig schaduw in de namiddag in de tuin.

D’apprendre en arrivant que le jardin était en travaux. Alors que j’avais échangé plusieurs mails avant avec la propriétaire. Filtre du jaccuzi sale ainsi l’eau dommage Il aurait fallu juste préciser Jardin en cours d’aménagement 😉

Perfekt für Uzes

Das Haus ist für uns ideal gelegen. Ca. 15Minuten zu Fuß und 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis ins Historische Zentrum von Uzès. Für uns also optimal um nah am historischen Stadtzentrum von Uzès zu sein und trotzdem die Annehmlichkeiten wie privaten Parkplatz und eine ruhige Wohngegend zu haben. Uzès bietet mit seinen unzähligen Restaurants, Bars, Bäckereien und Geschäften zudem alles was man im Alltag benötigt. Das Haus selber bietet alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattet Küche, ein schönes Bad eine Waschmaschine und zur Abkühlung einen Pool. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Tisch, der für abendliche Billard-Spiele umgebaut werden konnte. Die Gastgeberin Celine war dazu während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr aufmerksam und entgegenkommend Wir kommen gerne wieder.
