The Space:
Step into comfort and elegance in this expansive and modern home. Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly to a spacious lakeview deck—perfect for alfresco meals or unwinding with a local pinot noir. Enjoy year-round comfort with underfloor heating, a gas fireplace, and a heat pump.
Each of the five bedrooms is generously sized, offering privacy and flexibility for groups of up to 10 guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances and cookware for preparing meals at home.
For longer stays, a full laundry with washer and dryer provides added convenience.

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.
Baby Accessories
We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
Outdoor Living
A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay.
Enjoy the scenic outdoor deck and BBQ area with panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. A double garage is available for secure parking and storage of gear or equipment.
