The location (private road), convenience, view, privacy, facilities, and just generally everything was supplied plus a complimentary bottle of wine.
The insects but then there was advice on dealing with the insect issue in the welcome book and they had fly spray available too but don't let that marr the fabulous experience

What an exceptional house located up high with amazing views of the lake. Modern, clean and very comfortable. Good communication with the hosts.
