Spread over three floors, this home is perfect for families with children or groups looking for a break from the bustle of the city, while still enjoying easy access to the historic center.
The house is surrounded by spacious terraces and a fenced private garden on three sides, ideal for sunbathing, reading in the shade, dining outdoors, or cooling off in the mini pool (4m x 2m, depth 0.9m) after a day exploring Rome.
Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, traditional restaurants, and bus and train stops. The nearest bus stop (lines 505, 507, 515, 551, N551) is about a 5-minute walk, and the Anagnina metro station (Line A) is a 5-minute bus journey away, offering direct access to the city center. Ciampino train station (FL4 and FL6 lines) is approximately 15 minutes away by bus (line 515), with direct connections to Rome Termini and the Castelli Romani area.
Ciampino Airport is only 8 km away and can be reached in 15–20 minutes by car, or about 30-40 minutes by public transport.

Kitchen (kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, tv), guest bathroom (wc, bidet, sink). Door to patio between kitchen and bathroom. Stairs to first floor with Stannah stairlift (can be used on request).
First floor: one double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and private balcony; one bedroom with sofabed (small double); one bathroom with bath and shower (wc, bidet, sink); one bedroom with two single beds and private balcony.
Second floor: large room with double sofabed, sitting area with desk and armchairs, bathroom with shower (wc, bidet, sink). Possibility to add an additional single folding bed upon request.
The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Heating, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
