The owner will hand over the keys directly at your vacation rental.
Spacious 3-bedroom vacation home in the Klingberg neighborhood of Scharbeutz with 90 m² of living space for up to 5 people —ideally located on the edge of a large forest area near Lake Pönitz.
This charming townhouse features a cozy living area that spans the first floor and the first floor. Lovingly crafted details such as nostalgic lattice windows, exposed wooden beams, and a warm wooden ceiling create a cozy atmosphere. A TV provides entertainment; the wood-burning stove is not available for use for safety reasons. From the living area, you have direct access to the furnished patio—perfect for relaxing outdoors while enjoying the view of the greenery. The covered balcony on the upper floor also invites you to linger.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and glass-ceramic cooktop. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. Two bedrooms on the first floor provide quiet retreats for restful nights.
The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom features a shower, toilet, and two convenient sinks—so there’s no crowding when brushing your teeth. A guest restroom adds to the comfort. For families, both a travel crib and a high chair are provided.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A bike rack is available for the bicycles you bring along. There is no Wi-Fi connection in this vacation home.
