Located in Mourèze, this spacious 250 m² villa welcomes up to 8 guests across 5 bedrooms: 2 master rooms, a large children's room with a mezzanine adjoining a master, and 2 additional child-friendly bedrooms, plus 4 bathrooms. Enjoy a private, well-equipped kitchen and a vast 90 m² main living area opening onto several terraces, with direct access to hiking trails. The villa features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, high chair, and step-free indoor access. You'll love the breathtaking mountain views throughout your stay.



Outside, the private covered terrace includes a large communal table and lounge area, with a bar connecting the kitchen to the outdoors. Additional uncovered terraces and a balcony provide extra relaxation spaces. The pool, measuring 14 x 5 to 7 meters with a gradual depth up to 220 cm, has steps and a spa bench with jets, surrounded by landscaped terraces. All bedrooms have large windows overlooking the garden. You can also enjoy a shared ping-pong table (equipment provided), pétanque (boules available), and volleyball and badminton courts.



Shared parking fits 2 cars under the entrance porch, with more space available on the grounds. Pets are welcome. Events are not permitted.
