The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room with a TV, sofa, and armchairs overlooking the garden
- A fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and a dining area

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom (with shower) and toilet
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and cot, with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and toilet
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 3 (air-conditioned): with 2 single beds (90×190)
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful, partially enclosed, private garden of 200 m²
- Another garden of 400 m² shared with the owners
- An 8 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. The accommodation is located in the countryside on a private 2-hectare wooded property with ponds: a rare setting! You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Châteaulin TER, about 6 miles away, or Quimper TGV, about 19 miles away
- Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne, about 31 miles away
