About this house rental
The Cocoonr / Book&Pay agency offers this house for rent in Ploéven, near Douarnenez Bay. Renovated in 2025, it has a surface area of 145 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 55 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a garden of approximately 1,300 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is included. We look forward to welcoming you!

Ground floor:
- A 55 m² living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, classic and Senseo coffee makers, raclette machine, hotplates, and more
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4 with two single beds
- Bedroom 5 with a single bed (child's bed)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, dryer, iron and ironing board, and access to Netflix. You will also find a ping pong table in the garage.
Exterior:
- A beautiful private garden of 1,300 m² with a 40 m² south-facing terrace and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Ploéven, 6 minutes from the sea and close to a former farmhouse with no activity, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
