Holiday home located on the ground floor of a villa, with a separate entrance, accommodating 2 to 5 people in Clermont l'Hérault, just 4 km from Lake Salagou and close to all amenities. It includes a spacious living/dining room, one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
Very functional and well-equipped, this accommodation offers a pleasant atmosphere with tasteful decoration, so you feel at home. Full comfort: reversible air conditioning to cool the apartment, fully equipped kitchen, reserved parking, internet access, TV in the living room and bedroom, private garden and swimming pool for your use, charging station for electric vehicles (available for an extra fee).
The rental features a private terrace shaded by a pergola, with garden table and chairs, barbecue, as well as a private Mediterranean garden with a turtle pond fed by a spring. The pool (8x4x1.50 m), in-ground, traditional and salt-treated, has a baby pool, pool house, sun loungers and parasols. You have access at any time thanks to a secure gate for which you have the keys. The pool area has recently been covered with special wooden decking.
Clermont l'Hérault, a small town of 9,000 inhabitants, is ideally located in the centre of the department, making it an excellent base for discovering remarkable sites. From the accommodation, you can easily reach a supermarket less than 50 metres away, without noise disturbance. Although located in town, the property offers peace and quiet for relaxation.
You can easily park in the reserved parking space in front of the house and enjoy quick access to the road network. Our rental is designed so that you feel perfectly comfortable, in a pleasant setting and with all necessary amenities.

My sister and I enjoyed staying at the accommodation hosted by Genevieve.
We were grateful for many little touches that made us feel very comfortable.
It was especially nice to have use of the private outdoor space and safe, easy parking.
Supermarket on the doorstep was an easy bonus.

My wife & I stayed for a week in June and absolutely loved the house and the area. The house is clean, very well equipped and really well located for visiting the area. The pool is superb, and the gardens lovely. Genevieve was really helpful and friendly and spoke English very well, which was a big help for us. Although the accommodation forms part of the main house, the owners were very discreet and we had sole use of the garden and pool.
The area is really good for visiting - we particularly liked Lake Salagou, Cirque de Navacelles and Pezenas.
