The Cocoonr agency offers for rent a charming little detached house full of character, nestled in the heart of old Antibes. With a surface area of 30m², it can accommodate up to two guests. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home while enjoying a typically Mediterranean atmosphere.
From the moment you enter, you'll be captivated by the authenticity of the exposed stonework and the softness of the natural and elegant decor. The first floor opens onto a welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa for relaxing moments with a TV, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, etc.).
This bright room opens directly onto a private terrace, a little haven of peace, ideal for enjoying breakfast or reading a book in peace. A laundry area is also available.
Upstairs, you'll discover a beautiful bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a modern bathroom, and a separate toilet. From the bedroom, you access a sun-drenched solarium furnished with a bistro table and two chairs, perfect for a sunset apéritif or morning coffee.
Everything has been designed for your comfort: air conditioning, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, linens provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), and a bed made up for your arrival.
