About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in Antibes, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 60 m², and room for up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.
All rooms in the house are on the ground floor.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200)
- One bedroom with one double bed (140×190)
- One bathroom
- One separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A terrace to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Old Antibes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transportation:
The apartment is located in Old Antibes, which is a pedestrian zone, so it is not possible to access the apartment by car. The Q-Park car parks at Port Vauban and La Poste are located 3-5 minutes away.
As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:

- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur
