Guests have two ways to access the water: via the pathway around the water intake area or the kayak launch road just before the main driveway. After a day of adventure, relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the surrounding hill!

The house and grounds were lovely and relaxing. We didn’t have any issues. The host was very quick to respond to questions. We were there for the 4th and enjoyed the fireworks from the neighbors. Although it is remote, we enjoyed the drive seeing lots of wildlife and breathtaking views. We had a little bit of difficulty finding the actual house upon arrival in the neighborhood so I would recommend including directions for driveway in check in instructions. The neighbors had cars parked so we couldn’t really see that there was a driveway there. We didn’t use the kayaks due to the distance they need to be carried to use them is quite far. The hot tub views are spectacular and when the weather cooperates -the sun setting behind the mountains makes it even more amazing.

We had a great time staying at the Dock and Tub. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable with adequate supplies. Good communication with property manager prior to checking in.

Clean and quiet place. Great place to get if you want to get away from the city of Chattanooga and still travel there for things to do there. Easy check in and all was properly prepared for guest. Fishing from bank was hard because of the shallow grassy area but other than that great place.

Rugged driveway requires high clearance vehicle and AWD. Hot tub was not prepared. No soap in kitchen. Food from previous tenants found under couch.
