The house has a practical entrance and hallway that leads to three bedrooms - the 2 with double beds and the 3rd with bunk beds and two lovely bathrooms - one of which has a washing machine and dryer. There is also access to a cozy loft with four extra beds - a hit with the kids! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your holiday and is open to the living room. Here you can enjoy your holiday in the cozy dining area or relax on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV. The house has underfloor heating in all living rooms and free internet - perfect for both summer and winter holidays. Outdoors From the living room there is direct access to a lovely, partially covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy the long summer evenings while the children play in the large, unobstructed garden with space for ball games and games. The green border planting provides plenty of privacy and a cozy atmosphere and part of the garden behind the house is intentionally wild with fallen trees and wildlife. Location The holiday home is peacefully located in the southern part of Marielyst - just a short walk from one of Denmark's best beaches. Here you live close to nature, but at the same time a short distance from Marielyst Torv with shopping, restaurants and experiences for the whole family. An ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
