This beautiful holiday home with a private swimming pool, spa, and sauna is set on a natural plot of approximately 1,200 m², just a short walk from the lovely sandy beach in Bøtø near Marielyst. Perfect for families or groups, the house provides the ideal setting for a relaxing seaside getaway. The house features four bedrooms with double beds, as well as a cozy loft with two extra mattresses. There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bright living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump. After a day of fun in the pool, you can unwind in the spa or enjoy a warm sauna session. Outdoors, the property offers a sandpit and swing for children, along with both open and covered terraces furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is located in the heart of the charming Bøtø summer house area on Falster. If you are traveling with a larger group, the property is right next to DanCenter house no. 34779. Please note: Youth groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
