This delightful house is located close to Billy Dreher Island Marina, has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 extra large bedroom (1 queen & 1 full bed) with living room downstairs with walk out access to the lake. Guests will feel right at home with this large lot that has over 300 ft of water frontage with swimming area and fire pit. This awesome property also offers amenities like, fire pit, washer & dryer, iron, gas grill, and WiFi. Public boat ramp nearby.
