We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house is doors or windows are left open.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

Pros: overall clean, nice location, beautiful view
Cons: mice feces in kitchen-under sink, in drawers, in pans and bowls, stove drawer. Had to wash pots and pans before we used. Feces were also in the half bathroom. Suggest professional exterminators. Also photo of firepit on website is misleading. Picture shows ground filled with rocks. The ground actually has ripped and torn landscaping ground cover material. Makes it look shabby instead of groomed like in the picture.

We came here for a weekend baseball tournament. The property was right on the lake, which was lovely. The home was clean but seems it could benefit from a bit of TLC. Also, the outdoor areas weren’t particularly well maintained, so we didn’t feel we could leverage them. Overall, a great place for our large family, but could use some mild upkeep.

It was a very good overall experience. The communication with the Manager is excellent. The property is much larger inside then it appears outside. The living area is a very good size for the group we had, which was 7 adults and 1 baby. I rate this property very high but it is definitily in need of some repairs to the dock, and decking area as well as the flooring inside in the main bath. But it wasn't anything that hindered our experience.

The host communicates very well and our stay was amazing. Perfect cozy house with everything we needed and then some! We plan to book next summer as well!
