Lazy Days on Lakeshore has everything you need for a relaxing stay and enough to do for children of all ages to enjoy the lake. Decompress while taking in views of the lake from the screened in patio, or take a dip in the water from the private dock. If you`re looking to venture out, the property is a short boat ride to a number of lakeside dining spots and has plenty of room for a boat trailer. Looking to stay in at night? This home comes with two arcade machines with more than 15 games including Golden Tee, Pac-Man, Dig Dug and more!

The home is located in Lake Village in Leesville, SC. The neighborhood is a large circle with many homes on the water. This home is located on a portion of the neighborhood that is not paved (crushed rock) so please drive carefully. The speed limit throughout the neighborhood is 15 MPH and there are children, families, and pets who walk the neighborhood during the day and at night. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. If an event or a party is hosted by the guest they will be asked to close it down immediately. The second time the reservation will be cancelled and the guest will not receive a refund.

The neighborhood is perfect for bringing your bikes or golf cart to check out the unique homes in the area. The home has a very large circle driveway which is perfect for families with multiple generations of family and boat trailers.

When staying at the home, you are within a stones throw from some of the lakes best restaurants.
By Land: Southshore Grill at Southshore Marina and San Jose
By Water: N`Acho Margarita, Martin`s Landing, Doo`Littles watering hole are all a short boat ride away.

To help make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible, we offer a few convenient add-on options:
• Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit! Firewood packages are available for $25 (20 logs) and can be delivered right at check-in—just let us know.
• Pet-Friendly Stay: We happily welcome up to two dogs with a $125 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.)
• Beach Towel Rentals: Beach towels can be delivered before your arrival for $5 per towel. Lost towels are subject to a $20 replacement fee. Simply tell us how many you’d like, and we’ll take care of the rest!

House Rules & Important Information
To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following:
• No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund.
• This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone.
• The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, and we appreciate you cleaning up after your pet while on the property.
• Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced.
