About this apartment rental
Our cozy and modern 3-room vacation apartment, measuring 70 m², is located in the Strandnixe residence in Cuxhaven-Döse and invites you to enjoy an eventful or relaxing vacation by the North Sea with up to 4 people.
You can reach our first-floor apartment, which features a covered loggia facing southwest, via the staircase or elevator.
The living room features a sofa set, two armchairs, and a dining area. For entertainment and information, there’s a 50 LCD TV with a DVD player and soundbar, as well as an internet radio. A selection of books, CDs, DVDs, and games is provided.
The two bedrooms are accessible via a small hallway; the larger one features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and an internet-enabled TV; the smaller one has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a desk, and a wardrobe.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped. You’ll find a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a separate freezer, a 4-burner stove with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an additional Senseo coffee maker.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The apartment offers Wi-Fi in all rooms.
In the basement, there are 2 bicycle parking spaces assigned to the apartment, as well as a shared coin-operated washer and dryer.

Our Strandnixe Residence is an apartment building with 30 units in a quiet location. It’s only about 150 m to the beach and the beach house.
Recreational activities: The spa and zoo are right nearby, featuring a beautiful, large adventure playground and a mini-golf course.
The building features an elevator and a bicycle storage room.
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
