Orange Grove Residence

6 townhouses located in the center of our orange grove, facing the garden where we have two swimming pools: a round one measuring 98 m² and 1.6 m deep for adults, and another designed for children, measuring 6 m × 12 m = 72 m², with a depth ranging from 50 cm to 1 meter, sloping gradually from 50 cm to 1 m, The pools are accessible barefoot from the houses via a white, permeable patio that allows rainwater to drain through. The location is idyllic and offers exceptional peace and security. You can enjoy walks around the estate, and we can assure you there are no crowds or nearby buildings. The orange grove contains about 20,000 orange trees, and these six detached homes—each with direct access to a private patio in front of the house—share two pools that see limited use. Despite the tranquility of the countryside, we’re just a stone’s throw from Silves in a prime location, close to the beaches to the south—several within 20 minutes— close to Silves, close to the mountains, Monchique, and Foia, and close to the many well-marked and well-signposted hiking trails in the mountains. We can also visit the beaches of the Costa Vicentina Nature Reserve, which is less than an hour’s drive away. The beaches on the west coast are wonderful, and unlike the south coast, there’s a sense that you’re surrounded by well-preserved nature. From the windows of the house, guests will enjoy views of the gardens, swimming pools, hills, and the Arade River valley. All windows and balconies offer unobstructed views of the greenery of our gardens, the Arade River valley, and the surrounding hills. The Arade River dam is very close to the Orange Grove Residence, about a 15-minute drive away.
The homes are newly built, completed in late 2023, and commercial operations began in April 2024—in other words, this is a development that is still brand-new. We’ve taken great care to ensure total comfort, with ample interior space; the homes feature 110 m² of interior space, not including the three balconies and the patio, which are also exclusive to each home. Of course, we provide bath linens, bed linens, pool towels, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, and more. Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryers, and 3 full bathrooms in each house. As for appliances, we have a full range—we believe our kitchen has everything you need. We also have 2 LG OLED TVs where you can watch anything, such as your Netflix subscription. We have super-fast internet, with 1 Gb download and 500 Mb upload speeds.
There are supermarkets in Silves, but beyond that, there are large shopping centers in various locations—in Lagoa, Portimão, and Guia—all less than a 30-minute drive from our property, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and a location where you can experience nature in peace.
