Orange Grove Residence

Six terraced houses are located in the center of our orange grove, facing the garden where we have two swimming pools: a round pool measuring 98m2 and 1.6m deep for adults, and another designed for children measuring 6m x 12m = 72m2 with a depth ranging from 50cm to one meter, decreasing linearly from 50cm to 1m. The pools are accessible barefoot from the houses via a white, permeable pavement that allows rainwater to penetrate. The location is idyllic, offering exceptional tranquility and security. You can enjoy walks within the property, and we assure you there are no crowds or nearby buildings. The orange grove contains approximately 20,000 orange trees, and these six independent houses, with direct access to a private patio in front of the house, share two swimming pools that are used sparingly. Despite the tranquility of the countryside, we are on the outskirts of Silves in a privileged location, close to the beaches to the south, several within 20 minutes, close to Silves, close to the mountains, Monchique and Foia, close to the many hiking trails in the mountains that are very well marked and with good information. We can also go to the beaches of the Costa Vicentina nature reserve, which we can reach by car in a journey of clearly less than an hour. The beaches of the west coast are wonderful and, unlike the south coast, there is a feeling of being in well-preserved nature. From the windows of the house, the client will have views over the gardens, swimming pools, hills and the Arade river valley. All windows and balconies have unobstructed views over the green of our fireplaces, our gardens, the Arade river valley and the surrounding hills. The Arade river dam is very close to Orange Grove Residence, about 15 minutes by car. The houses are recently built, completed at the end of 2023, and commercial operation began in April 2024, meaning it's a relatively new development. We've taken every precaution to ensure total comfort, with ample interior space. The houses have 110m2 of interior space, excluding 3 balconies and the patio, which are exclusive to the house. Of course, we provide towels, sheets, pool towels, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, dishwasher cubes, and more. An iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryers, and 3 complete bathrooms in each house are also included. In terms of appliances, we have a full range; we believe nothing is missing in our kitchen. We also have 2 LG OLED televisions where you can watch everything, including your Netflix subscription. We have super-fast internet, 1Gb download and 500Mb upload. We have supermarkets in Silves, but in addition there are large shopping areas in various locations, in Lagoa, Portimão and Guia, less than 30 minutes by car from our property where we enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and a location where nature can be enjoyed in peace.
