About this villa rental
Casa Amoreira is a 2 bedroom villa located on the popular resort of Quinta do Paraiso. The villa is just a short walk from Carvoeiro village centre where you can find a wonderful selection of cafes and restaurants together with supermarkets, bars, gift shops and a stunning, golden sand beach.
Guests can avail of the facilities on the Quinta Do Paraiso resort including swimming pools (one heated), kid's club, tennis court, daily activities, 2 onsite restaurants, poolside cocktail / snack bar, and onsite mini-market located next to the reception providing the basic essentials (mini market closed winter months).
New to the rental market in 2025, the accommodation comprises of an open plan living / dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, crockery and other necessities you would expect. There is a washing machine located in one of the bathrooms.
The property has wi-fi and there is a smart TV in the living room so guests can sign into Netflix, Prime, Disney + and other streaming services. There are dual air conditioning / heating units in both bedrooms and the living area.
The living room patio doors open onto a spacious terrace with outdoor table for alfresco dining and a built-in, charcoal barbecue for grilling. The villa also has a roof terrace with sea views.
There is plenty of space for parking on the drive for those who plan to hire a car.
Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town with many options for international dining out. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage.
Carvoeiro boasts 3 nearby golf courses, water park and Carvoeiro Tennis & Padel Club which features a variety of activities such as tennis, padel, pickleball, yoga, pilates, wellness centre with masseuse and physiotherapist, a fully fitted gym and more, all within a short drive of the villa.
A 7 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 15 minute drive.
Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.

Casa Amoreira is a lovely traditionally furnished 2 bed villa on a nice peaceful resort. The reception , Spar and pool staff were all pleasant and helpful. Carvoeiro is around 15 minute walk away so the villa is central to everything but still feels very remote and quiet. The house itself was spotless and exactly as described and pictured on the website. All furniture and lighting are in traditional Portuguese style. The kitchen has everything and more you would need for a s/c stay and was really helpful that all cleaning stuff was provided. Beds very comfortable and I would 100 % stay here again. Thank you to TLC for the much appreciated welcome pack and the smooth booking process.
The only thing that could improve the villa and could maybe be noted to the owners is the lack of furniture on the roof terrace. This is an excellent space but with no table, chairs or loungers which was quite disappointing and also if they were to go ahead with their idea to put in a swimming pool this would certainly add appeal to the villa.
