Set in a peaceful area of Carvoeiro, this beautiful private villa offers the perfect combination of tranquillity, comfort and convenience. Despite its quiet location, the villa is within easy walking distance of the village’s shops, restaurants, bars and the beautiful Carvoeiro Beach.
With stylish, modern décor, spacious interiors and tranquil outdoor areas, this villa is ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy a relaxing Algarve getaway.

The villa features five comfortable bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests:
Two bedrooms with king-size beds
Three twin bedrooms
Air conditioning in all bedrooms
En-suite bathroom and/or shower facilities to the bedrooms on the main floor
Two ground-floor bedrooms sharing a bathroom
Hairdryers provided in all bathrooms
The bright, open-plan living and dining area provides plenty of space to relax, with three large sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and air conditioning.
The dining area leads directly into a fully equipped kitchen with:

Oven and hob
Fridge/freezer
Microwave
Coffee machine
An external utility room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outdoor Living
Large glass patio doors open from the living area onto the villa's peaceful outdoor space, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor living area.

The oval-shaped swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 4m, with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m.
The swimming pool is heated outside of the main summer months, if you do require the pool to be heated during June, July and August this can be requested at an additional fee.

Discover Carvoeiro
The picturesque village of Praia do Carvoeiro, meaning “Beach of the Charcoal Man,” was originally a small fishing settlement situated beside a river flowing down the valley from Lagoa. Its inhabitants were primarily fishermen and charcoal makers, giving the village its distinctive name.
Today, Carvoeiro is one of the Algarve's most popular destinations, renowned for its dramatic coastline, beautiful beaches and welcoming atmosphere.
The area is perfect for beach lovers, with a wonderful selection of sandy beaches and secluded coves nearby. Local favourites include Carvoeiro Beach, Praia de Centeanes and Praia do Carvalho. The spectacular coves of Benagil and Praia do Marinha are also just a short drive away.
For longer stretches of sand, Armação de Pêra and the beautiful coves around Senhora da Rocha are approximately 15 minutes away by car. Further afield, you can explore the beaches around Ferragudo and Praia da Rocha, or travel east towards Albufeira.
Many beaches offer restaurants and snack bars, as well as sunbeds during the summer season. On the larger beaches, guests can also enjoy activities such as pedal boats, canoeing and boat trips.

We were delighted with the accommodation. As a party of 7 there was more than enough of everything including pool loungers, towels and seating both inside and outside. The deep 2m pool was great but as an older age group a hand rail would seem a necessary requirement for safely entering and exiting the pool. The pool itself and surrounding area would have benefited from some more ambient lighting for enjoying the area after dark. It was great having Fatima who came in every day to clean and tidy and the laundry room with unlimited access was a real boon. We managed to lock ourselves out so it would be good to have instructions not to leave a key in the inside of the front door but Jamie was very helpful to quickly come to our rescue. Property and bedding was very clean with loads of hot water but towels could probably do with updating to keep it at the high standard of everything else. Villa location was excellent set in lovely mature gardens and very private. We would definitely recommend and hope to return.

What a fabulous villa in a beautiful location.Everything in the villa is good quality, it is very well equipped, spacious and clean, with the added bonus of a daily cleaner (lovely Fatima)The pool area is perfect to relax and unwind with plenty of outside furniture.The management Company were great, easy to get in contact with and very responsive when we needed them. Within walking distance to the town and beach with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and places to explore.

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with the host was great, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The property itself was very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped — everything we needed was provided. The location was excellent, with a short downhill walk into town (and a nice steep walk back to work off dinner!). The unexpected maid service was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay at a fantastic property — highly recommended!

Ideal villa stocked with everything you could ever ask for! Kitchen resources are plentiful, pool heating and seating was excellent. All rooms are spacious, well ventilated, fresh and clean. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.
