The villa is located in the upscale neighborhood of Mato Serrao (in Quinta do Rosal), just a short distance from the picturesque fishing village of Carvoeiro. There are several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of the villa. The beautiful cliffs for which the Algarve is famous are also easily accessible.
The villa offers a warm, homey atmosphere, and the spacious, well-maintained garden provides plenty of privacy. The private pool measures 9 x 4.5 meters and is ideal for cooling off in the hot summer, but can also be heated (solar) upon request for the colder months.
