About this villa rental
THIS SPLENDID VILLA IS IN A MARVELLOUS LOCATION, JUST A SHORT STROLL FROM THE CENTRE OF CARVOEIRO AND THE BUSTLING SHOPPING AND DINING AREAS AND THE TOWN BEACH.
It's also located opposite to the access staircase down to Paraiso beach, which must be one of the least known beaches in the area, from the restaurant to the beautiful golden sands. From the back gate of the villa you can walk across to Monte Carvoeiro which has an attractive centre with several restaurants, bars and an useful supermarket. On the upper level there are two delightful double bedrooms each with en-suite shower room, one has doors to the upper terrace with dramatic sea views. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the lower level there is a twin bedroom and adjacent shower room. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to secluded rear sun-trap terrace. Large open-plan living and dining area with probably the best views from any kitchen you have ever seen! Ceramic hob, oven, American fridge freezer with water dispenser, washing machine and tumble dryer. Comfortable lounge with wood-burner, plasma screen TV. Very large doors open right up to the terrace, taking full advantage of the fantastic views.
The private swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee.

This is a wonderful villa, perfect for a family holiday. We were a group of 6 adults and two small children. We all had plenty of space indoors and out with some of us seeking shade at the covered dining table and chairs and some seeking sun in the pool or the plentiful loungers. The location is peaceful with gorgeous sea views but only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Carvoeiro, 15 minutes uphill on the way back! There is a small handy Spar supermarket a couple of minutes walk away from the back gate. We also chose to do a larger shop at the Intermarche about 15 minutes drive away with an Uber, which wasn't expensive. The villa was given a thorough clean halfway through our 10 day stay and the bed linen and towels were changed. The pool was well maintained several times during our stay. My correspondence and interaction with Elite Rentals was excellent. We had the most special holiday, our family from the 2 year old to the 60 year old loved every minute.
I would suggest that the lock on the pool gate is checked as it didn't seem to catch properly and the toilet door handle next to the ground floor twin bedroom was a bit loose but everything else was perfect for us.

Beautiful property in a prime location. Took 7 people and there was enough space for everyone and so much to do locally.

A great stay in an absolutely clean house, with pool and sea view -) Great time to travel, temperatures great for hiking and not too many tourists on the road! Thanks for the great time
