About this villa rental
Casa Branco Grande is a stylish and spacious three-bedroom villa in Carvoeiro, ideal for families, couples or small groups looking for a relaxed Algarve stay. With a private heated pool, sunny roof terrace and easy access to the beach, restaurants and golf, it combines comfort, location and outdoor living.
The villa sleeps up to six guests and is arranged over two floors. Upstairs, the main bedroom opens onto the roof terrace. Downstairs, there are two further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a walk-in shower. The bright open-plan living and dining area includes comfortable seating, dining for six, a smart TV with international channels, air conditioning and an open fireplace for cooler evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooking essentials, making it easy to enjoy anything from a short break to a longer stay.
Outside, the private heated pool, sun loungers and outdoor dining area create an easy setting for long days in the sun. The roof terrace is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, and the barbecue makes relaxed meals at home simple.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers, ironing facilities, bed linen, towels, pool towels and private driveway parking. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
The villa is in a peaceful residential area just outside the centre of Carvoeiro, close to local beaches, restaurants and family attractions.
Approximate distances:
• Carvoeiro Beach – 12-minute walk / 3-minute drive
• Restaurants and cafés – 10 to 15-minute walk
• Vale do Milho Golf Club – 5-minute drive
• Slide & Splash water park – 10-minute drive
• Faro Airport – 45-minute drive
Guests have private use of the villa, garden, pool and roof terrace.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa

As required by Portuguese law, 6% VAT is included in the nightly rate. A Municipal Tourist Tax of €2 per guest per night (ages 13+, for up to 7 nights) is collected separately at check-in by the local manager.

The villa was spotlessly clean with a nice welcome pack of food items. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets which were needed as it was cold in the evening in October. The villa is quite isolated so a car is a must. The pool was freezing cold and could have done with being heated even though the day temperature was around 25. My only complaint was the lack of hot water. The first night 2 people had a hot shower, the third person had a luke warm shower and then the water was cold. We had to stagger the showers and be really quick.

We have stayed in some lovely villas , sadly this wasn't one of them. Looked good from the outside , but inside decor , furniture and fittings , tired and shabby. Not very homely . Outside furniture all mismatched tired , old and mucky. Every time we used the dishwasher , it knocked out the power , so ended up not using it. . Clothes hangers were very few and far between .Wardrobes full of , duvets , pillows and extra covers , leaving not alot of room for clothes. Bedroom with en-suite was like a dungeon , and the ensuite was not pleasant , again tired and shabby , needs redecorating. Towels and sheets also need replacing as thin and greying . Waste ground situated right next to vill , where several campers stayed overnight , therefore not much privacy On the plus side , the maid Maria was excellent
