Built in 2021, Grove Farm Cottage has been superbly designed and furnished to a very high specification. In the grounds of a listed, moated farmhouse, this superb cottage provides accommodation for 4 guests. The spacious open plan sitting room has patio doors which open out to a private patio with a fire pit and barbecue. The garden surrounds the property, and leads to the pond, complete with jetty, where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful location.
The property is all on one level with the bedrooms one end and the living area at the other.
From the front door, the hallway to the right leads to the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. There is a cloakroom with toilet and basin, and a large storage cupboard. The hallway to the left leads to the first double bedroom, leading to the ensuite. A hallway from the kitchen area leads to the second bedroom and ensuite and is a mirror image of the first bedroom.
Open plan sitting room: A light wooden floor throughout with 2 sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV, dresser, gas fuelled fire/stove, doors to patio and garden
Kitchen: A large range of fitted units, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle
