    I’ve stayed there once before, my first stay was good but this time was horrible. The day I checked in, they let a stranger who claimed to know me checked into my room which I had zero idea who that person was. Then the room they gave me had electrical issue, it happened when I was in the shower, it tripped the cutout, thinking I could have had electrocuted if it wasn’t the beeping sound in the room. Then they had me moved to another room but they didn’t know that there was a big leak on the floor near the window, probably didn’t inspect the room before assigning it to me, totally unprofessional. The morning after, they rang me and asked me to move to another room, I was frustrated. The whole stay was horrible. I don’t think I would recommend it to anyone or going back. Although the housekeeper and the technician were helpful but overall was still bad. They didn’t compensate anything neither. I still didn’t know how my information was leaked to a random stranger.

    Front desk receptionist altitudes very bad and during check out wanted to charge me for the glass in the room that chipping at the edge, which I did not used.
