    I stayed at Best Western Plus Wanda Grand Hotel mainly because of its location, as I was attending a convention at the mall just opposite the hotel. For that, it was extremely convenient. The hotel does feel a little dated, but overall, the stay was still quite comfortable. The room was spacious and generally pleasant. The only downside for me was that the bathroom could have been cleaner. The biggest advantage is definitely the location. Having a mall right across the hotel is very convenient, especially if you’re attending an event or convention there. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and if you happen to be visiting this area or attending an event nearby, I think this hotel is a very good and convenient choice.

    My wife and I stayed here for one night over the Mother’s Day holiday. I did my due diligence before booking and was pleased that all three of my requests—a large bed, a quiet room, and a room away from the elevator—were accommodated. I understand requests aren't guarantees, so I appreciated the effort. Check-in was mostly smooth. There was some initial confusion because I use a Thai pink ID card rather than a passport, but the staff accepted it without issue and provided the two room cards I requested. The room was spacious (around 30 sq. m.), clean, and professionally laid out. It does show some age, although my wife didn't feel that it did. The comforter had a small tear, and the bed was fairly firm, but neither was a significant concern given the hotel's age and price. The location is excellent—only about 300 meters from the MRT and within easy walking distance of Central. Breakfast was good, and my wife thought the Thai dishes were quite decent. As a bigger person, I especially appreciated the large, comfortable breakfast chairs without armrests. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was nicely spacious. My only real caution is the parking garage, which is quite tight with steep ramps and sharp 90-degree turns. I drive a Toyota Corolla Cross and managed fine, but larger vehicles may require extra care. Overall, we were happy with our stay and felt it was good value for the price. We would happily stay here again.

    Unfortunately, firstly 12floor one of the room are a very unpleasant odor in the room, making it uncomfortable to stay in. I informed to front desk, they would be 5min change to new floor & new room.
