Mon Shato Nakano Tetsugakudo

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, not too far from nakano (~10 mins by bus, ~30 mins walking). You can also reach Araiyakushi-mae station via a nice stroll through the backstreets (~15 mins). That line felt generally less busier, but google maps mostly took us through Nakano. It was quite easy to get around the city from here. You can also go to shinjuku by bus, without having to use any trains. The nearest convenience stores are in a short-walking distance from the apartment (Lawson, 7/11, family mart). The apartment itself was very nice, very modern and clean.~35 sq. meters is spacious enough for two people, that you don't you feel compared. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions / problems that arised during our stay. IMHO this is a far better experience than staying in a hotel somewhere more central / touristy, unless you're on a tight schedule. Here we had the chance to live-in for some time and get to experience the city in a slow-paced fashion.

Beds were comfortable and the building was quiet. Staff was quick to respond when I had a question.

The kitchen needs decent cookware. There was one pot and one skillet, both in pretty rough condition. The shower drain needed a lot of attention. There was no iron.
