About this house rental

Above Parr is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.
Looking for Adventure? There are endless trails to discover. This is the perfect place that offers so many varieties of activities and adventures in the St. George, Utah and Zion National Park area. Perfect conditions for rock climbing, mountain biking and exploring all the canyons! You can also experience hiking and biking on unique trails. It was awesome.

No complaints. The house was nice and clean. Same with the hot tub and community pool. More than enough space for 4 adults and 1 child. Not too far from the happenings in St. George. Snow Canyon State Park and Elephant Arch hike were gems .

The house was clean. Everything listed in the amenities was available. Plenty of toiletries and towels available. The only minor issues are that the backyard is not fenced in, so if you have any animals or kids be aware; and there are no sidewalks inside the housing track. With that in mind, there is a very nice park within a 5 minute walk from the front door. If I would be in the area again, I would definitely look into this property for another stay.
