We are nestled in the picturesque red rocks of Southern Utah. Our resort style neighborhood offers a heated pool. We are centrally located between all the attractions Southern Utah has to offer.
When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.
Feeling adventurous? Book an organized side-by-side tour through the red rocks and sand dunes at Sand Hollow.

Our hot tub is serviced on Mondays and Thursdays. The pool company will let themselves into to the backyard to check the hot tub levels without interactions with the guest. If for some reason the hot tub needs to sit a few hours before use, the host will contact you via Airbnb message.

The property was very clean and there was a manual disclosing all the information we needed. The communication with the host was very smooth and effective. It was also very pet friendly for my two fur babies. Would 100 % recommend.

We didn't have a pet and did not use the pool facilities. Only the hot tub. However, there is a distinct pet urine odor in the master bedroom. Not cool.

Overall, the house was clean enough and worked for our stay. There was previous damage (hole in the pantry door) that I was worried about getting charged for so it took extra time to document it. The main reason I did not give 5 stars was that everything had been heavily sprayed with some sort of fabric freshener. It was so strong I could taste it and gave me a headache while in the house. It was nice to have private outdoor space but the outdoor furniture was so sun damaged it was ripping and left tiny fabric piece everywhere, we did not use it. The kitchen cookware was in really rough shape also, burnt pans, broken toaster with a hole in it and a lot of the utensils had damaged handles. There were no trash bags to empty the kitchen trash. It would have been nice to have at least one. The master bed was so broken down it felt like you were sleeping in a big hole. Overall this place could be a five star vacation home but would need new kitchen ware, kitchen towels (we only got one small rag) and new bathroom towels. Also, more attention to detail during each cleaning to remove hair on sheets and in bathroom, sweep the garage and check curtains to wash if needed. And also to stop using the fragrance spray, many people are sensitive to such strong synthetic fragrances. It would also be nice to know to please bring trash bags when staying more than a couple days. The private driveway was really nice to park in front of the garage and the new couch was really comfortable.
