Enjoy all of the wildlife in the marsh and ponds. Birds, turtles and alligators are frequently in the ponds by the resort. While alligators are neat to see, for your safety, please do not feed them or get close to them.
Please note, a starter pack of toiletries and soaps are available. Additional supplies may be needed, especially for longer stays. For stays longer than 3 weeks, additional mid-stay cleaning fees will be required.
House Rules to Be Aware of:
Nothing hanging over the rails on the balcony.
No electric vehicles are allowed to be plugged in at the resort. Charging stations are available at various locations on the island.
No trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo are permitted on-site.
No open flames in the unit.
No fireworks allowed on site.
No pets or animals permitted on the property. $100 fine per day plus additional $150 cleaning fee.
Cleaning fee for excessive messes and trash left behind.
Quiet Hours for the resort are 11pm-7am.
Violations of these rules will result in a minimum of $50 fine for processing in addition to the resort fines for the specific violation.

Great Location that was close to any and all amenities that you would want! Beautiful views where we could watch sun up and sun down from the living room! Plenty of space and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Hilton Head and we found this property by chance. The listing is true to life - nice end unit with oceanviews from the balcony. We had come down for our son's graduation from Parris Island and met up with family, and we all slept comfortably in the unit. Everything was clean, ready to use, and easily accessible. The property itself was nice as well - multiple pools, including and indoor one that has a giant hottub. The boardwalk to Coco's restaurant and the beach looks long but it isnt, and its a very easy walk to yummy food and white sand beaches that had more sand dollars than Ive ever seen before! The resort is situated very close to lots of restaurants and shopping, too, which made it very convenient when we had to run out for groceries or wanted to check out the outlets to see what they had!Also, our host Nick was very attentive, easy to get ahold of, and responsive to any questions we had. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made some amazing memories - would absolutely stay here again in the future and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hilton Head!

We had a great vacation in Hilton Head! Nick was a very thoughtful and responsive host. The property is in a great location, and the proximity to the beach is great (there is even a boardwalk shuttle)! It is very convenient to have plenty of beach chairs to use in the easily accessible storage area. Having three bedrooms with plenty of beds is so helpful for families too. We would definitely stay again!
