This villa was recently remodeled in Spring of 2020, and features memory foam mattresses, flat screen Roku TVs (you must log in to your own streaming accounts), a fully equipped kitchen (bring your own coffee, spices, etc.), LED lighting throughout, plush bath towels, and starter packs of dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels (you may need to buy more during your stay as these are not replenished). All linens including comforters are brand new and are changed out in between each guest. This villa is located in the atrium building with an exterior screened porch overlooking The Robert Trent Jones Golf course in Palmetto Dunes.
There will be a beach wagon available for your use. We do not provide beach chairs or toys, however these items may be available for your use as they are often left behind by previous guests. We do not guarantee the condition or availability of beach items. **YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS**
Hilton Head Island is famous for its wide stretching beaches, and the oceanfront is just a 10-15 minute stroll down the private Hilton Head Resort boardwalk. Along the way you will encounter abundant sea-marsh wildlife from turtles to egrets. If you prefer a quicker route, just hop aboard the beach shuttle which has regularly scheduled runs throughout the day. At the end of the boardwalk, you'll find Coco's--a wonderful, beach-side bar and grill.
Hilton Head Resort features amenities galore, including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor walking track, onsite bike rentals, six lighted tennis courts, a poolside deli and gift shop, a beachfront bar and grill, beachfront restrooms, beach volleyball court, and a front gate with 24/7 security. Golfing is abundant in either direction when leaving the resort grounds. Guests love to take advantage of Hilton Head's extensive network of bike/pedestrian trails. We stayed here with our family that included a 2 year old. Pros: The indoor pool and amenities are wonderful because it doesn't matter if it rains your family can still enjoy the amenities.Con: The hot tub did not work for the first half of our stay which was TRULY disappointing because we had contacted the property manager to make certain it was functioning (he said it was) only to arrive and find it closed down. Pros: The screened porch was a God send because of safety for our toddler and also because he would have been throwing everything over the railing. Con: The tub in the master bathroom does not hold water so if you enjoy a hot tub bath, you won't get that as there is a repair needed that is covered up with a big piece of plumbers tape. Pro: The location is great, the building is the best one to stay at in my opinion because of the indoor pool and sauna, there is an arcade and the unit is right next to the stairs so you can zip down two flights to the parking lot. Con: The dryer does not function property at all and we ended up using the laundromat by the elevators which worked great. A few other things to mention are that every room is very bright so bring sleeping masks if you prefer the dark to sleep.

Very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and quaint. The only thing that was lacking was the kitchen could have been better equipped for cooking. Overall Very good

We rented this for a group of 8 who were willing to sleep on couches ect. Their were only enough beds for 6 grown adults so two people has to sleep on the couch. The house had zero extra bedding or blankets of any kind for the couch sleepers. When I requested more the owner told me to turn up the air if we are cold. The condo had really cool amenities(even had a steam room which was awesome) but the building is really strange. We were not expecting the center of the building to be a strange indoor courtyard with a pool fountains hottub ect. It was really weird and unique for sure.
