Location is great, it is a pretty room. Quiet. Big TV Good entry instructions given. Free bottle of water. Loads of storage space. But...

For a room looking that good, it's normal expectations are high. As a result the standard and functionality is somewhat disappointing. There are no reviews before September 2025 so I assume it's not one year old and It already lacks maintenance. 3 of the 4 light bulbs on the bedside, not working The fan in the bathroom, not working The light above the bathroom sink, half working, dim The outside of window in the bathroom, with pigeon poo. For the boiler, better switch it to "hot water only" at night, so you don't hear it switching on/off whilst sleeping. You can do this by pressing the sun/ice button. Cooking and eating; for 2 people, the room is somewhat tight. No tea towel, and we found a cloth to wipe down the kitchen worktop, only on the last day. No coffee capsules and only 2 dishwasher tablets. No cutting board. The confirmation message, said there was an "info book". It was not there. No second set of keys could be given. Which makes it difficult if one person wants to enter early for a nap/sleep. Confirming what others say: What's the point of a washing machine if there is no dry cycle or space to dry clothes. The lift, entrance and stairs look terrible, that's Okey, but the smell downstairs. Be prepared. After a few showers, you get used that it's so narrow. Yes, I would definitely stay there again, if the price is right. My expectations are lower now.

Molto pulito e curato, comodissimo vicino al centro ed a 2 parchi bellissimi.

Il condominio in cui situa il soggiorno e abbastanza antico, l’odore e un po forte. Ma poi entrando nella camera dimentichi di questo.

Mi-a placut faptul ca a fost aproape de zona mea de interes. La parterul blocului este o cafenea unde am baut o cafea f buna, de asemenea in apropiere am gasit si supermarket.

Am gasit apartamentul insuficient curatat (vezi poze), si cu un miros artificial f puternic de parfum de camera/ parfum pus in apa cu care s-a spalat podeaua. Nu era aerisit si era f cald, pe telecomanda erau setate 30 de Grade. La baie mirosea urat, aici nu mai mirosea a parfum ci a vechi si murdar. La bucatarie am gasit in masina de spalat vesela murdara, ramasa de la cei care au fost inaintea mea. In cosul de gunoi nu exista sac de gunoi, si nici nu am gasit undeva ca sa pun eu. De asemenea nu exista servetele de bucatarie. Plita era plina de faina/ praf, am crezut ca sunt ceva pete care nu se mai duc, dar am suflat si era ceva praf. La baie, erau multe urme de pasta de dinti, necuratata. Telecomanda era plina de praf, a trebuit sa o sterg cu servetel umed ca sa o pot folosi. Pe balcon, scrumiera era murdara si balconul necuratat. Degeaba este poza cu balconul, caci nu poate fi folosit. Per total apartamentul trebuie curatat mai bine, caci potential are, chiar daca se afla intr-o cladire de apartamente vechi, unde pe casa scarii miroase a urina. Pot sa se cazeze in ap max. 2 persoane, eu am fost singura si mi-a fost bine, daca mai era cineva cu mine, ne-am fi inghesuit putin, dar sa zicem ca inca ar fi fost ok. Draperiile nu permit luminii sa intre mai deloc si daca am vrut sa le trag, greu am reusit. Din fericire, am fost scurt, pt o noapte. Daca ar fi fost mai multe nopti, m-as fi mutat caci mi-a fost scarba sa ating orice.
