Excellent experience all around. The flat is very well located, clean and tidy and everything (internet, heating, fixtures, TV, Sonos, Appliances, etc.) works perfectly. Very comfortable and quiet. I was greeted on time and provided the keys and the explanations were succinct and friendly. One of the best London short term stays I’ve ever had.
