Location was incredible. Communications with host team were top notch. Apartment spotless. Easy from start to finish and a great base for our planned trips.
Would have been nice to have two singles in second room.

Clear communication and instructions; accommodated our early check-in request. The location is fabulous - hard to be more convenient vs. Pavilion Rd and the Sloan Sq tube stop. Value for money was VERY good for london and this neighborhood. It was spacious and as advertised.
You get what you pay for a bit here. It's fine, but a bit run down in the finishings. Didn't look or feel super clean (some dust; one towel was visibly dirty) and the beds are pretty bad (lumpy mattress, not soft bedding) but pillows were great.
