- A living room opening onto the terrace and comprising a dining table for 4 people, a TV and a comfortable sofa.
- An independent kitchen with everything you need, so all the appliances, a kettle, a toaster, and many other amenities.
- A first bedroom en suite with a double bed, storage, access to the terrace and sea view at the alarm clock as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- A second bedroom type suite also, with double bed, storage and shower room.
- Separate toilets.

Access to the property in 20 minutes on foot, 12 minutes by bus or 7 minutes by car from Cannes train station.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur airport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free parking on the very street of the accommodation, with common parking in the residence.
Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)
The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, secure external links are sent to you as part of our internal organization.
