Accommodation: Let yourself be tempted by this three rooms composed of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in which you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday in a residence of standing on the coast of Dáazur! MAIN OUTCOMES - Secure residence with pool and collective parking - Air conditioning in all rooms - Double glazing for peaceful nights - Wifi included - Residence located at the bottom of the cross of guards, slightly on the heights and in a neighborhood and a renowned estate - Access to the city centre in less than 5 minutes by car - Nearby shops within 3 minutes by car (blangery, coffee shop, grocery store etc.) HOUSING Inside you will find: - A beautiful living room with large bay window extending on the terrace, with sofa, flat screen TV and giant pear pouf. - An open kitchen, separated by a bar, with everything you need. - The famous terrace with a dining table for 4 people and a pool & sea view. 4 sunbathings are also available. - A first bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and access to the terrace. - A first shower room with toilet. - A second en suite bedroom with queen size bed, large closet and private shower room with toilet. AFFAIRS At the departure of the residence you can, at your option, and in less than a few minutes: - To the beaches of the Boulevard du Midi. (5 min.)- Join the Croisette and walk between the palaces and the sandy beaches. (8/9 minutes)- Visit the old town and its picturesque streets of Suquet. (5 min)- You will also easily access Cannes La bocca (5 min), and its beaches, shops and supermarkets. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking on the very street of the accommodation, with collective parking in the residence.Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra. Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box. All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
