Inside, you will find:
- A beautiful living room with a large bay window extending to the terrace, furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a giant beanbag.
- An open kitchen, separated by a bar, fully equipped with everything you need.
- The renowned terrace with a dining table for 4 and views of the pool and the sea. Four sun loungers are also at your disposal.
- The first bedroom features a double bed, a large wardrobe, and terrace access.
- A first bathroom with a shower and toilet.
- A second en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed, large wardrobe, and a private shower room with toilet.

From the residence, within a few minutes, you can:

Free parking on the street right outside the residence, with collective parking within the complex.

Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
