Retreat to this spacious, upgraded 3 bedroom + loft, 3.5 bathroom townhome

located at the beautiful Snowcreek Lodges, situated right on the golf course

fairway. The gorgeous expansive valley views over the golf course and water

features, provide an idyllic peaceful setting whilst allowing natural light to

flood in. Fully renovated with hardwood flooring, stone throughout, complete

with all the amenities you need for the perfect getaway. With high vaulted

ceilings, this spacious layout offers two stories, and almost 2500 sq ft of

living space so the whole family can spread out and enjoy. The living room

features a wood burning fireplace with stone facade, or enjoy a seat at the

game table and soak up those views. With a large 65" flatscreen TV with

streaming, you can also enjoy movie night. The open floorplan allows for easy

entertaining, with a kitchen island with seating, and dining area for 6. The

fully stocked kitchen features granite counter tops and top of the line

stainless steel appliances, gas stove, keurig and pantry. Or perhaps you want

to sit and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and soak in those stunning

views. This property is ideal for large families as there are are two main

primary suites. The downstairs suite features a Queen bed, smart TV, and en-

suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and closet. A powder bathroom on this

level and entry area provides ample space to store all your adventure gear. On

the upper level the primary suite features a King bed, flatscreen 55" Smart

TV, seating area, and looks out on to the golf course fairways. A large en-

suite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower and walk-in

closet. The open loft has a large comfortable sectional with 55" smart TV,

perfect for the kids hang out area. The final bedroom features two sets of

non-smoking. It is a split level townhome with 2 stories, and approx. 1 step
