On the first floor, you'll find the primary bedroom with a plush king bed, generous windows, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and its own ensuite. The third bedroom includes a queen bed plus a bunk bed—ideal for families or groups. This level also includes a third full bathroom and a convenient washer and dryer.
The second floor hosts an open and inviting living space. A large gourmet kitchen offers ample counter space and a bar-top with plenty of seating. The adjacent dining area flows into the cozy living room, complete with a sectional sofa, TV, and wood-burning fireplace. Step out onto the private deck overlooking Mammoth Creek and soak in beautiful mountain views.
Above the dining area is the third-floor loft, furnished with two twin beds and a TV—perfect for additional guests or kids.

This townhome was the perfect size for our family. It's close to the mountain which was great for our group of skiers and close to Vons, tons of restaurants and also conveniently located near the local rental shops. The townhome was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking supplies, etc. The bedrooms are generously sized and the bathrooms are conveniently located as well. We will be staying here again!
