The Master bedroom is located on the first floor, featuring a King bed and a private, ensuite bathroom. On the second level, the second bedroom features a Queen-size bed and a bunk bed (Twin over Twin), closet with mirrored doors, and a flat screen TV combo. The third bedroom is also located on the second level, and features a Queen bed, flat screen TV. The two bedrooms on the second level share a full bathroom, located just outside both bedrooms. The third level features the living room and wood burning fireplace. Just up 4 steps, on the fourth level, there is the kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and laundry room. The views from this unit are spectacular!

We had our annual summer stay in Mammoth at this house. There were 9 adults and one toddler. The house is great for a big group. Other than it being 3 levels with the kitchen and living room being on a different floors, the house is great. The people who live there year round are not very friendly, but they tend to leave you alone.

Great property for a family reunion!Wish they had mentioned the stairs. Not for the elderly. Need to bring sharp knives and spices if you cook. Sleeping arrangements were wonderful! Love the laundry. All in all, really enjoyed the place.
