About this house rental
This is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, tri-level, property with a 2 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 7. It has a maximum occupancy of 10, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14443.
From the driveway walk your building's pathway to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door where you'll be on the main level. You can either walk down a set of steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the second level.
Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.

Great condo for a large family. Good location, comfortable and clean.Only drawbacks were nothing in the kitchen for cooking, not even salt, no plastic cups for the jacuzzi The discount with Snowcreek Golf Course was not clear. Only a one-time discount.

Very good rental experience. The unit was neat and clean. It was roomy and the 4.5 bathrooms were great. We have 4 daughters. The garage was a great plus. Most Mammoth rentals do not have covered parking. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again. Small suggestions: kitchen needs more light, hot water in kitchen very slow to heat up. All bathrooms had hot water no problem overall an “A” rental.
