IMPORTANT NOTE: We Survived Hurricane Idalia with NO Property Damage! The lawn did get flooded, which left a lot of debris, and has all been cleaned up. Come enjoy the best weather of the year on beautiful Clearwater Beach!
Enjoy staying in the prestigious Carlouel section of north Clearwater Beach in this exclusive and spacious 3BR/2BA/2000 sq ft home, complete with all amenities. Enter into the cozy foyer then into the large living room with two bay windows and sofa, stuffed chair with ottoman and leather recliner facing the built-in entertainment center with new smart TV, blu-ray and cable. The office area features a glass-topped L-shaped desk with wide screen monitor and printer available for your use. On the other end of the living room is a Tommy Bahama desk so that more than one person can log in and work at the same time.
The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, fireplace and wall-mounted smart TV and a private bath. On the opposite side of the house are two bedrooms. another master-sized bedroom with king-size bed, two large closets and a wall-mounted smart TV. The 3rd bedroom is complete with a full-sized bed, cedar-lined closet and smart TV The full-size bath has a tub and shower. The bonus room has a twin trundle bed that sleeps two.
The large galley-style kitchen has all-wood cabinets and marble countertops and leads into the dining room, with a glass-topped table set for six in front of a bay window looking onto the back courtyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware, glasses and mugs and is chef-friendly.
The three-person jacuzzi has whirlpool jets, reclining seating and bluetooth speakers to add that nice extra touch.
The intracoastal is out the front door to the left, with the pristine white sands of Clearwater Beach to the right a few short blocks away. There are beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and more to make your day at the beach exactly what you need.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for family to stay and work from home when needed. We really liked that the house had many beach items we could use. The only thing the house didn't come with that we would have liked was a grill. Curt and Joanie both responded quickly to any issues that came up. The hot tub was nice, but needed to be cleaned more frequently. Overall, it was a great home for a vacation!

We rented from Curt for Jan 1-March 5. We enjoyed the location and the home so much. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood which was quiet and within 4 blocks of North Clearwater Beach. We watched sunset almost each night and loved it. The home is well taken care of and the furnishings make it very homey. Curt replied immediately to all requests and questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked and ready for our longer stay. The linen closet was also well stocked - also appreciated the beach toys! The back patio was nice too and the hot tub was small but, great for our little family. Outdoor shower was also handy! We would love to return again!

- Internet: Streaming was great (>50MBPS always) but upload speed was terrible (<.5MBPS) making video conferencing and data calls choppy. Owner was made aware of the issue several times but could figure out no solution with the internet provider.
