The Space:
Our East Shore Cottage No. 482 is nestled in the heart of the tourist district offering modern accommodations designed for any kind of vacationer. This beautiful beach cottage is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and restaurants.
This inviting getaway is perfect for a small family or couples looking to spend some time in the sun!
Experience this unique combination of beach charm, elevated service and sophisticated amenities and get ready to relax, unwind and create memories that will last a lifetime!
This newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances, and table seating for 5 guests and an elevated bar area that hosts seating for another 3 guests. In the evenings, kick back, relax, and watch TV in the comfortable living area or on the outside patio complete with a BBQ grill.
The main living room features a Soda bed.
The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. The primary bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a shower.
A complete laundry room is right off the patio area.
This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.
Spend your day walking along the pristine white sandy beach which is just a block away from this beautiful beach cottage. There are many other activities just steps outside this street. Our rental property is located in a central area walking distance to the Pier, restaurants and much more.
Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

Great location-walking distance to shops, restaurants and most importantly, the BEACH! Home was clean and well stocked with starter essentials. Beach towels included. Bed was comfortable as well. No complaints, would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location. 3 blocks from beach and steps away from everything else. Clean beautiful 3 bedroom cottage. Laundry on site. Hosts were amazing.
