Ocean view condo. Beach access just steps away. Also an added bonus.I have free in town parking at another property for my condo guests. Only 1-3 blocks from boardwalk and over two dozen shops and restaurant. So you get a quiet stay in with an oceanview from your private balcony. Also a quiet wide beach. At the same time when you want to go in town to do stuff, you get to park free. Condo has a swimming pool and grill access. Sorry about VRBO photos, I am not very Internet savvy. My german shepherd s my profile photo. 910 520 1323. . I. About me. I lost my husband to cancer a few years ago,way too in young. A lot of my dear repeat guests were there for me during those days. Especially in the Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Durham area. I would have condo guests from those areas, that would give our teenage son, rides back and forth,so he could have a break from the hospital, while I stayed with my husband. Honestly the majority of my guests are repeat folks. With some it's more like old friends visiting,than renting a vacation rental. The income from these two little condos ,has helped me to keep the home,my late husband and I shared. I am still repairing it from hurricane damage from Florence. I hope to be able to live there again soon. But I thank God,I have been able to hold on to it. I thank Jesus and my condo guests for that. I know this isn't your typical owner statement but it's my reality. I do get a lot of odd weekdays open. I discount those. You can likely stay in my condo for less than our least expensive hotel, even on weekends. It's not that my places aren't nicer, I survive on repeat business.
