About this apartment rental
Come fall in love with the tranquility of Carolina Beach. Unwind & step into this bottom level 800 sq. ft. duplex condo with a patio. Conveniently located directly across the street from the ocean with public beach access, and a few walking steps to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. The space is open, cozy and inviting to the beach enthusiast or those looking to get away. Convenience of key-less entry and 2 steps to enter into unit, making it convenient to those looking to avoid stairs. On-site pool within a few steps of the front door, condo is perfect for couples & small families of 2-4 MAX, INCLUDING children. Condo was currently renovated in 2025 and waiting for YOU to visit!
** On-site, private pool - must bring your own chairs to the pool. **
Open in May till October (weather permitting).
Owner personally contacts all guests prior to their arrival. Must return call to receive parking pass & door code.
NON-smoking unit.
NO PETS - HOA enforced pet policy!
($350.00+ fee if violated plus additional cleaning costs)
MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT.
** Linens – guests are required to bring their own sheets, bath and kitchen towels
Owner can also contact linen company if required. $33.00 for queen sheet set, 2 towels, 2 wash & 2 hand towels.
** 2026 - The cleaning service will provide a basic WELCOME KIT of supplies, enough to get you started for a few days, so it is suggested to bring everything you might need with you. **
On-site parking for ONE (1) VEHICLE ONLY - HOA enforces towing policy!!!
Check-in is @ 3:00pm; Check-out is @ 10:00am. Strictly enforced!!!
ALL early and late departures MUST be pre-arranged with owner. Fee will apply depending on time.
During the prime SUMMER months, 3 night minimum.
A Few Amenities Are As Follows:
Master bedroom w/Queen size bed - 22'' flat screen TV
Living room equipped with a SMART TV
Stackable washer/dryer combo in laundry room
Full size ironing board
CREDIT CARDS - Owner accepts credit cards thru VRBO platform.
NOTE: Cleaners are the property inspectors and may charge extra for the following:
Excess sand cleanup = $25.00-$50.00
Additional cleaning and/or violation of check-out instructions = $50-$100.00
Soiled bedding = $50.00
Door unsecured = $200.00

Owner is very easy to communicate with and made sure we had all we needed. Some furniture could get an upgrade, but overall, it is ok.
