About this apartment rental
Perfect views of the dunes, ocean, and beautiful sunrises await your arrival right off our back deck. At our beach front property, you will have direct access to the beach via a private walk. We are located only 1 mile from the Carolina Beach boardwalk (via street or beach walk), and we often take the short 20-minute walk over to the carnival, local bars, and shops downtown. Enjoy the Kure Beach pier nearby, great surf fishing, or lunch/dinner and/or a cocktail on the pier next door at Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar! End your day by washing off at our outdoor shower, having a picnic, or barbequing on the charcoal grill right in our beachy backyard. This is your perfect family getaway with an awesome aquarium and multiple inlet and oceanside parks nearby. We have a master bedroom with king sized bed and attached bath + guest room with 1 set of twin bunks + twin. Overflow sleeping with a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Condo is on the Beach with its own private beach access. The condo itself is good sized with a serviceable kitchen and a comfortable bed. The decor was a bit dated and worn, but we didn't mind that at all. The covered deck was our primary hangout spot for meals and drinks.

Had a maintenance issue that was handled super fast. Cant beat this location!!! Others talk about dated decor and such, but i thought it was very comfortable and was just what we needed!

It wasn’t the worst place but definitely not the best either. The great beach access is the reason to stay here. The actual unit is dingy and maintained to meet minimum standards. It is an absolute random assortment of furniture and decor. The sliding door in the primary bedroom did not shut/seal and let in all the wind, sounds, and heat and humidity. The rental info sent makes it sound like you need to bring things like soap, spices, and coffee filters but we found ample amount of those things available in unit.Be aware you have to pick up and return parking passes to a rental office offsite.
